Processing and Shipping Time
All online purchases are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving an order. Purchases made during our annual holidays are processed on return.
For domestic customers, the package should arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipping from Dublin, Ireland with an Irish Standard Post. UK customers should receive theirs within 5 business days, other European countries within 7-10 days, and the US and Canada within 2-3 weeks.
We might have limited quantities of some of our products to offer. If your favourite item is sold out, please sign up to be notified when it is available again.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package. Due to the weight of soap shipping costs could seem high. We are always looking to lower costs and hopefully, as we grow we will be able to offer better options.
Shipping costs substantially went up since we began operations in 2021, and to reduce this expense we made a few changes and added options allowing you to purchase our soap in different sizes.
