Returns are not accepted

At Dublin Soap, we create products that are close to our hearts and it is really important to us that you would be delighted with them too. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items sold and shipped.

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable. 

However, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.    

Cancellations

It is possible to cancel your order if the products have not already been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
